The Administrative Support staff will assume general responsibilities of clerical and office support duties of the church. The position is hourly based on 10 hours per week. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible to the Pastors and the Administrative Committee and will work in cooperation with all members of the Ministries Team, Council, and other church committees, leaders, and members.

A designated amount per year will be set aside for payment of additional help as needed.
The Administrative Assistant will report to the Pastor and be supervised by the Administrative Committee specifically and the Council in general, will participate in regular staff meetings as requested, and will have an annual performance review.
