A space of grace is provided for people to bring their needs, in faith, to God. Prayers of thanksgiving, daily needs, relationships, physical and spiritual healing all centered around the person and work of Jesus. Applying spiritual perspective in prayer with scripture. A young man, who has been coming the last 2 summers, returned to us with the news he surrendered his life to Christ and was baptized. Praise God!
“Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction and faithful in prayer.” Romans 12:12
What to Expect: 1. Scripture is read aloud by the leader. 2. Times of silence to allow the Holy Spirit to pursue and confirm through the Word and hymns. 3. The last 15 mins we are available to pray for requests.
Goal: A risen faith in the sovereign Lord will cause us to leave behind the patterns of the world and transform our minds, through the Holy Spirit, by the promises in scripture. In order that we will be able to test and approve God’s good, pleasing and perfect will. (Guided by Romans 12:2)
Who’s Invited: EL and Community - We welcome anyone in their journey to find God and live for Him. Bring a friend!
Prayer Request: Please pray the Spirit of God draws people to this space of grace to hear the truth of God’s Word and rise up in faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ. That no weapon formed against the Truth will prevail. Amen
What to expect: This time is set apart to give expression in worship to the Most High God: Raise hands, bow, worship flags, dance, clap, use your voice etc. (Encouraged to bring notebooks to journal or draw) Music videos will be playing and you may follow the words and pray them back to God or sing. There will be moments in between songs to pray or read scripture out loud.
What to expect: Read & Pray a Psalm, Time of confession, Pose a question from the Sunday Sermon, Listen 10-15 mins, Return to share, Prayer for Church and leadership.
